Through funding from NYS Department of Health, the S²AY Network offers enrollment assistance to parents applying for health insurance through New York State’s Child Health Plus Program and to parents and childless adults applying to New York State’s Medicaid/Family Health Plus Program.  Residents of Schuyler, Steuben, Allegany, Yates, Ontario, Seneca and Wayne Counties meet with enrollment facilitators in convenient locations in their community to access no-cost information and to apply for coverage. 

The Network has assisted over 19,000 uninsured children receive healthcare coverage since the program's inception.
